Purpose:tumor-infiltratingimmunecellsarehighlyrelevanttotheprogressionandprognosisofcolorectalcancer(CRC).Theaimofthisstudyistoexploretheimmunecellsandimmune-relatedgeneexpressionintumormicroenvironmentofCRC.
Methods:CIBERSORT,adeconvolutionalgorithm,wasusedtoanalyzetheinfiltrationof22immunecelltypesinthetumormicroenvironmentandimmune-relatedgeneexpressioninCRCand40adjacentnon-tumoroustissues.
Results:awideheterogeneityofimmunecellsamongdifferentpairedtissuesandintumorstageswasuncovered.M0macrophages,M1macrophagesandCD4memoryactivatedTcellswereinfiltratedsignificantlymoreinCRC
